Noise disruptions from nearby trains detracted from the experience and the parking garage presents a challenge for larger vehicles.

The staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. Beyond what I’ve ever experienced in most hotels! The room I stayed in had a crazy good view of the city. I woke up every morning just staring out at that. And you know how I am with cleanliness, this place was spotless, couldn't find a speck of dust.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still manageable given the quality.

The pool area was inviting, but many lounge chairs were broken.

Had a delightful stay despite the ongoing renovations. The staff, especially Ms. Rene, made my experience special, finding a quiet nook for work. Always attentive, they checked in frequently. Don’t forget to bring earplugs to handle the morning noise, and enjoy the cozy lounge for drinks!

Conveniently located near the college, the hotel offered a clean and quiet environment. The staff's friendliness made a huge difference, and the spacious room easily accommodated our family of four. Enjoying local and seasonal food options downstairs was a delightful experience. However, the pool needs better filtration, and housekeeping struggled to keep towels stocked even after multiple requests.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and friendly 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten belongings, showing true care. I'm returning for a romantic escape.

Clean rooms with comfy two queen beds and nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, microwave, and cozy seating area. The location is perfect for USC events and has a friendly staff. The outdoor fireplace area is a nice touch for hanging out too. Parking was free, which is a plus!

I loved the welcoming ambiance in the lobby, truly made my stay! The only downside was the tight parking, which could be more spacious. 😅 Overall, a nice place to stay near campus!

I had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the peaceful pool area on the second floor and the delicious food service from Raymesh in the lobby. The seasonal outdoor pool and cozy lounge areas made for great relaxation spots. However, I wish the breakfast options were a bit healthier, so maybe grab a bite elsewhere if you can! 😊
